Job Description

One of our top clients is seeking an associate to do estate planning and tax work. While this will be the primary practice you will also have the opportunity to do general corporate work. The ideal candidate would have 1-3 years of experience.  Having an LL.M. In Taxation and/or CPA is preferred.  Excellent academic credentials are required (Top 15% of graduating law school class).  Must have strong drafting and writing skills.  This is a great opportunity to have direct interaction with clients while learning from the best in the city.
