Assistant General Counsel. This is a newly-created position with a fast-growing, dynamic leasing and financing company based in Louisiana. Transactional responsibilities will involve commercial lending, private and public investment funding, M&A and general business duties to support the General Counsel in shepherding this exciting enterprise through a very formative period in their operation.
